Distal Renal Tubular Acidosis (dRTA) is a rare kidney disorder characterized by the inability of the kidneys to properly acidify urine. This leads to an accumulation of acid in the blood, causing metabolic acidosis. Symptoms may include fatigue, muscle weakness, kidney stones, and bone demineralization.
